are you obsses with your boyfriend or you really feel LOVE towrds him???

There are many people that they didnt know what they feel from the person whom they want and like most… it’s love??? or obsession or obsessive love so Lets define and obsession or obsessive love and try to realize in your love life what you feel towards that person whom we want and life most..

Obsessive love is a form of love where one person is emotionally obsessed with another.

rejection is the trigger of obsessive love - also known as love addiction or relationship addiction. They state four conditions to help identify it, namely, a painful and all-consuming preoccupation with a real or wished-for lover, an insatiable longing either to possess or be possessed by the target of their obsession, rejection by or physical and/or emotional unavailability of their target, and being driven to behave in self-defeating ways by this rejection or unavailability. Two characteristics indicative of obsessive love are:

  • Obsessive lovers believe that only the person they fixate on can make them feel happy and fulfilled.
  • Persons close to the love-obsessed can also be greatly affected. Witnessing a friend or family member suffer from the disorder can be distressing.

The dangers of obsessive love

Obsessive love is a delusion, and therefore can lead to dangerous consequences. Extreme obsessive love can be the cause of stalking, rape, suicide, and murder, among other things.

Love represents a range of emotions and experiences related to the senses of affection and sexual attraction. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction. This diversity of meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.

As an abstract concept love usually refers to a strong, ineffable feeling towards another person. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual. Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.

So with those things that i shared to you i hope you will ow realize what is your real feeling towards the person whom you love?? or whom you obsess with??

Me?? I’m so sure that I feel love towards with the person i love most..

LOVE and not obsessive love..

with the person that I love…

what’s your beautyscope of the day!

You love the linen pants you just bought and you want to wear them every day. Go with it — it’s part of your ever-evolving signature look. Sooner or later your tastes will change and you’ll move onto something else.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

You’re just not into those ‘it’ bags with all the hardware and buckles and whatnot. Good for you — you’re no fashion victim. Look to brands that have been around for years and know how to make a solid classic.

Gemini

Are you suffering from a case of beauty burnout? If you’re feeling exhausted by all the upkeep, say to heck with it for a while. Truthfully, very few people will notice if you skip tweezing your eyebrows for a few days.

Cancer

Mousse, spray, heat styling treatment — wonder your crowning glory has product overload? Give your follicles a break — a deep cleansing shampoo and conditioner is all you need to get our hair back on the right track.

Leo

Your stylist says one thing. The chemists behind the beauty products say something else. In the end, you have to rely on your smarts and your personal experience to determine what does and doesn’t work for you.

Virgo

Loyal to one beauty brand? That trait is admirable, but if the price goes up or a new formulation doesn’t do it for you, make a switcheroo. Hit the cosmetics counters, ask for samples and poll your pals for their picks.

Libra

You have a fabulous amount of good taste and instinctive style chops, but not everyone has your gifts. You just know you could make over your second cousin from drab to fab, but don’t suggest it. Let her come to you.

Scorpio

You’re more about comfort rather than speed right now, but that doesn’t mean you can’t lounge in style. An elegant silk slip beats ratty old sweatpants any day. Nobody appreciates old-fashioned glamour the way you do.

Saggitarius

Keeping it simple helps you look gorgeous. After all, unless you’re punk rock, a chipped manicure can look pretty sloppy. If you know you’re using your hands a lot, keep your nails trimmed and filed instead.

Capricorn

Don’t rest on your style laurels. People tend to stick with a haircut that worked for them during a happy period in their life, but after a while, it can look dated. Small steps can freshen your look. What about bangs?

Acquarius

The little things can make a big difference. If this nail salon looks dingy or somehow not up to code, just say no. Standards are important, especially when it comes to beauty processes that could affect your health.

Pieces

You want a private Pilates session, but the price is stratospheric. See if you can find a like-minded coworker or friend to go in with you. A two-for-one is usually a lot cheaper and you still get personal attention

Reduce Fat in Your Diet

Reducing fat in your diet doesn’t mean you will face a life of tasteless dry meals and fat-free cookie boxes in your cupboards. Whether you need to lose weight or just trim the fat, the following steps will help you achieve your dietary goals.

Decrease or eliminate animal products that are high in fat. This includes red meat, poultry and some dairy products, such as whole milk, cream and butter. If you do eat meat, choose the leanest cuts of meat, poultry and fish available.

Increase the amount of fresh vegetables and fruit in your diet. Eat them raw whenever possible.

Change your method of cooking. Broil, bake, steam or poach rather than fry.

Use vegetable cooking sprays rather than fat or oils when you cook.

Select low-fat or nonfat alternatives when they’re available. Choose nonfat yogurt over regular, for example.

Eat low-fat cheese and drink skim milk.

Remove the skin from chicken or turkey.

Reduce the amount of nuts, nut butters and olives that you eat. All are high in fat.

Snack on fresh fruit, chips that are baked rather than fried, or air-popped popcorn.

Watch labels. Low-calorie does not always mean low-fat.

avoid eating fast food

Fast food can be very appealing to most when hunger emerges. To many of us, fast food is something we want to avoid, as it puts the pounds on quick and is in general very bad for us. How do we escape the temptation that is awaiting us at the drive-thru window?

Eat before you go out. If you know you’ll be out all day, have some lunch at home beforehand. When you drive past all those signs, you’ll not be hungry.

Think of it as something bad. Set your mind to associate anything fast food related to being negative. Think of the amount of grease used in cooking and the sloppily put together burgers. You may then be turned off from eating.

Gain some will power. Continue to tell yourself not to eat it. Believe in yourself. The rewards of fighting the crave will brighten your day.

Have a house full of healthier snacks. If you have snacks waiting for you at home, you may easily drive by fast food locations. Make sure your snacks appeal to you, however.

Reward yourself. It won’t hurt you to have a nice little reward after awhile. Whether it being treating yourself to a movie or having a candy bar, the reward will be well deserved if you can fight your temptations.

Keep busy. If you keep your mind focused on other things, you won’t even think twice about stopping.

Have someone else drive. If someone else is at the wheel of the car, they won’t feel the need to pull over and get some food.

Pack some snacks with you. If someone happens to want to go to a fast food restaurant to eat, you’ll be prepared with something healthier.

Set goals. If you choose to not eat at these bad places for a set amount of days, by the time you return, you may not even want it anymore!

Experiment with cooking/learn to cook. This will keep your mind off of eating out and you will learn along the way.

18th birthdat party idea (a dream come true)

Some birthdays are milestones in a young person’s life. Obviously reaching 10 or 13 or 16 or 20 are important achievements. But what about reaching 18?

In many ways reaching 18 means reaching adulthood. It signifies a true beginning to being a grown-up. So it would seem that a party to honor such an occasion should be fun, yet not seem too childish. Here are a few 18th birthday party ideas that you might consider.

One idea is to perhaps coincide the party with going to college. The birthday celebrant is probably starting college soon, and so a college theme for the birthday might be nice. Perhaps a visit to the college and a celebration at a nearby restaurant would be pleasant. Or maybe have the party at home with a frat/sorority theme and for food feature “mystery meat”.

An easier party to have at home can center around food. An all-pizza party would be great. With a build-it -yourself dessert bar with ice cream and all the fixings.

But perhaps your 18-year-old-to-be would find the above idea too childish, which it sort of is. So another idea is to take the teen and friends to a theme park for the day. Give them tickets and let them spend the whole day there, then come back to your house for the pizza or ice cream or whatever.

Another idea for a party is to hire a DJ and have music. The party can be at home or perhaps at a rec center rented for the day. You will have to find the right kind of DJ who has the best music though, and equipment. Another musical idea is to have each invited teen bring a CD they enjoy, and just play those at the party.

One more idea I’ll share is a boat ride party. Boats can be chartered for a day for fishing or sailing or just sightseeing. Of course this only works if the teen was born during a warmer month. If it is too cold for boating then perhaps a paintball party would be fun to have indoors.

Dreams
by Fire Dancer

I was thinking of us last night
And the times we shared
How good we were
But now we are apart
Yet we still have our
Dreams
For in our Dreams we are together
Holding hands on the beach
Talking all night under the silver moon
Kissing and holding each other tight
Dreams
For no matter the distance
Or the obstacle I will always belong to you
For we are meant for each other
not only in reality, but also in our
Dreams

breathing

Breathing takes oxygen in and carbon dioxide out of the body. Aerobic organisms require oxygen to create energy via respiration, in the form of energy-rich molecules such as glucose. The medical term for normal relaxed breathing is eupnea.

Mechanics

In mammals, breathing in, or inhaling, is usually an active movement, with the contraction of the diaphragm muscles needed. This is known as negative pressure breathing. The diaphragm’s normal relaxed position is that of a recoiled one (decreasing the thoracic volume) whereas in the contracted position it is pulled downwards (increasing the thoracic volume). Relaxation of the diaphragm compresses the lungs, effectively decreasing their volume while increasing the pressure inside them. With a pathway to the mouth or nose clear, this increased pressure forces air out of the lungs by diffusion. Conversely, contraction of the diagraphm increases the volume of the (partially empty) lungs, decreasing the pressure inside, which creates a partial vacuum. Environmental air then follows its concentration gradient down to fill the lungs.

In amphibians, the process used is positive pressure breathing. Muscles lower the floor of the oral cavity, enlarging it and drawing in air through the nostrils (which uses the same mechanics - pressure, volume, and diffusion - as a mammalian lung). With the nostrils and mouth closed, the floor of the oral cavity is forced up, which forces air down the trachea into the lungs.

At rest, breathing out, or exhaling, is a combination of passive and active processes powered by the elastic recoil of the alveoli, similar to a deflating balloon, and the contraction of the muscular body wall. The following organs are used in respiration: the mouth; the nose and nostrils; the pharynx; the larynx; the trachea; the bronchi and bronchioles; the lungs; the diaphragm; and the terminal branches of the respiratory tree, such as the alveoli.

Gas exchange

Breathing is only part of the processes of delivering oxygen to where it is needed in the body and removing carbon dioxide waste. The process of gas exchange occurs in the alveoli by passive diffusion of gases between the alveolar gas and the blood passing by in the lung capillaries. Once in the blood the heart powers the flow of dissolved gases around the body in the circulation.

As well as carbon dioxide, breathing also results in loss of water from the body. Exhaled air has a relative humidity of 100% because of water diffusing across the moist surface of breathing passages and alveoli

blood

Bllod is a thick, red liquid that carries oxygen and ffod to every part of our body. It also collects waste and takes it to the places that can get rid of it. Special cells in our body fight germs and help to repair our body when we get hurt. Our blood is pumped through our body by our heart. Blood flows into our heart before each beat, when our heart squeezes it out to continue its journey.

Red or Blue?
Red blood cells carry oxygen collected from our lungs to the parts of our body that need it. When they have delivered the oxygen, the cells turn blue. Outside the body, our blood always looks red. beacuse the cells turns red as soon as they touch the oxygen in air.

Heart
Your heart is about the same size as your fist. It is made of strong muscle, which pushes almost 10 pints of blood through our blood vessels every minute.

Arteries
Our arteries are vessels which carry blood away from our heart to the rest of our body.

61.gif

The veins carry blood back to our heart. Sometimes they show through our skin as bluish lines. We may be able to see them inside our elbow or wrist. Our arteries are deeper down in our body that our veins.

Veins
Our veins are vessels which carry blood back to our heart from every part of our body.

Feel the beat
In some parts of our body, we can feel the arteries that carry our blood beating time with our heart. This is called pulse. QWe can usually feel it inside our wrist or neck. Actually we have lots of pulse in our body…

Babies and toddlers

All people starts life as babies. You can think of babies as tiny people who are new to the world. Although they need older people to take care of them, they are aware of many things, such as who is holding them. As babies grows, they get better at letting others know what they need and understand more of what happens around them.
